Our fully qualified technicians can collect and deliver equipment from your premises for work to be carried out at our workshop. Or, where possible, we will work on site for your convenience keeping down-time to a minimum. We believe this is a unique and unrivalled service, ensuring our clients get the very best possible response times at competitive and realistic prices. Our pricing policy ensures our clients only get charged for materials used and/or time spent on site.

We have no excessive call out charges or hidden extras. Regular maintenance and service of your equipment will ensure your machines remain efficient and maximise the life of your equipment. Furthermore, you reduce the possibility of incurring loss of productivity.

Finally, once serviced, you will even see the difference with our FREE complimentary clean of your equipment! Magic Machines traditionally provide service and maintenance using the following three stages:

Stage 1:	Respond to call out, assess work required, establish necessary parts and/or repair.
Stage 2:	Offer repair or replacement solution according to specific requirements. Submit quotation.
Stage 3:	Carry out works under our standard terms and conditions. Quality control all work carried out before invoicing.
